According to the requirements and characteristics of non-human primate biosafety level 3 laboratories, combined with actual engineering cases, the ventilation system design key points of negative pressure monkey cages, Ⅱ B2 biological safety cabinets, negative pressure dissection tables, animal respiratory exposure systems and other protective equipment with exhaust requirements are analysed, the design of non-human primate biosafety laboratory with such protective equipment is discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of two different ventilation control strategies are discussed. It is pointed out that when the room is equipped with such experimental equipment, it is necessary to consider the various operating conditions of the equipment and the impact of the change of the exhaust air volume of the equipment on the room pressure under different working conditions, and consider the corresponding change strategy and energy saving of the room air supply volume at this time.
